Cla45s — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the cla45s service. By registering or using this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out below.
Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering, or using any part of the cla45s platform — whether through a web browser, mobile app, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the cla45s service. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to the terms will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
The cla45s platform is for individual use only. Use on behalf of any business entity, agency, or third party without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Account Creation and Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on cla45s. Registering more than one account under the same individual is a violation of these terms and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential, including your username and password. cla45s will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account.

User Responsibilities and Platform Rules
As a cla45s user, you are responsible for ensuring your use of the platform complies with the laws and regulations applicable in your region. You acknowledge that online gaming may be restricted or regulated differently depending on your location.
You agree not to engage in any activity that could damage, disrupt, or compromise the security of the cla45s platform or its other users. This includes attempting to hack into the system, spreading malware, or committing fraud in any form.
- Registering using false or borrowed identity information
- Using automation software, bots, or scripts to play or place bets
- Merging accounts or transferring balances between different accounts
- Conducting money laundering activities through the platform
- Abusing promotions or bonuses in an illegitimate manner
- Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language toward other users
- Using another person's account with or without their consent
Payment & Transaction Information in MYR
All financial transactions on the cla45s platform are processed exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Deposits can be made via supported methods including bank transfers through FPX and digital wallets available in Malaysia. Users are responsible for ensuring that all deposited funds come from a legitimate source and are not derived from any unlawful activity.
Cla45s reserves the right to request identity verification documents (KYC) prior to processing a first withdrawal or whenever deemed necessary. This is a standard measure to comply with anti-money laundering requirements. Failure to provide the requested documents may result in a temporary account suspension.
All bonuses and promotions credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements as specified separately in the respective promotional terms. Bonus credits may not be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met in full.

Liability Limits & Account Policy
Cla45s shall not be liable for any financial loss, data loss, service disruption, or indirect damages incurred by users while using this platform. The platform is provided "as is" and cla45s makes no guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or be free of technical errors at all times.
In the event of a technical disruption during an active game, cla45s will rely on system records to determine a fair outcome based on stored data. Decisions made by the system under such circumstances are final.
Cla45s reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of:
- Violation of any terms set out in this document
- Fraud, misconduct, or illegal activity
- Misuse of the promotions or bonus system
- Use of unauthorised bots or automated software
Any balance in an account suspended due to fraudulent activity may be forfeited without compensation to the account holder.
Intellectual Property and Platform Content
All content on the cla45s platform — including logos, interface designs, text, graphics, icons, images, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of cla45s or its licensors. All associated copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights are fully protected under Malaysian and international law.
Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, republish, or use any content from this platform for commercial purposes without prior written consent from cla45s. Limited personal use for non-commercial purposes may be permitted at the platform's discretion.
Third-Party Links and Changes to Terms
The cla45s platform may contain links to third-party websites or services for informational or convenience purposes. cla45s is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. You access such links entirely at your own risk.
Cla45s reserves the right to modify, add to, or amend any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The latest version of the terms will always be available on this page. Users are encouraged to check this page periodically. Any changes take effect immediately upon being published on the cla45s platform.
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
